The one thing that scares me in life, is regret. Not regret in terms of when I mess up and make a mistake, but when I want to do something, and I don't out of fear. From as far as I can remember I made a promise to myself, that I would have no regrets in life. There is nothing scarier to me than thinking about my final days when I'm reflecting over my life, that I udder the words, I wish I would have… This makes me wonder, why don't people try? When they have a vision or a drive to accomplish something, why don't they?

In all of us, there is a fierce battle between Fear and Faith.

Fear is all those feelings of negativity. What if I fail? What if it doesn't work out? What will people think of me? Fear is simply the mind trying to protect us, to keep us out of arms way but it stops us from growing. Fear is the everyday person's kryptonite. It stops us from being the best version of ourselves. What if we could challenge that fear, set it aside, and create action from it? What would happen?

Faith is defined as having complete trust or confidence in someone or something. Why do we lack faith? Is it from our history or life experiences? How do we feed our faith? Faith is fairly straight forward, it is our ability to fill our thoughts and feelings with excitement, drive, conviction and enthusiasm. Faith is the antidote to fear.

Fighting fear is hard, exhausting work, but it is within our control. The battle that lives in all of us is fear vs. faith. The one that wins is the one that you feed. So, channel your energy the right way.

Stay Driven, Stay Focused, and Keep Growing.
